Agent Agreement

Version 2026-10-v1 · October 2026

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between IQ Concierge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17505862), registered office 2 New Walk, Leicester LE1 6TF (“IQ Concierge”, “we”, “us”) and you, the travel agent who applies through iqconcierge.co.uk/agent (“you”). You are an independent, self-employed agent — not our employee, partner or franchisee — and you are responsible for your own tax.

2. What you get

A personal booking page (iqconcierge.co.uk/a/your-name) and links that credit bookings to you. Customers who book through your link see your agency name with “by IQ Concierge”. You can set your own markup on top of our prices: up to 15% on the Pilot and Basic plans and up to 25% on Pro.

3. How bookings work

Every booking is made with IQ Concierge and the travel supplier. We take the customer's payment through our site and are responsible to the customer for the booking. You must not take payment from customers yourself, change our prices other than through your markup setting, or promise anything we or the supplier don't offer.

4. Which agent gets credit

A booking is credited to the agent whose link the customer used most recently before booking, recorded at the moment of booking. Our Desk record is final, though we may correct clear errors.

5. What you earn and when you're paid

You earn your markup on confirmed bookings. Card-processing fees charged on your markup are deducted from it. We pay what you're owed by bank transfer, normally monthly, once the trip has started or its free-cancellation deadline has passed.

If a booking is cancelled, refunded or charged back, your markup on it is not owed; if it was already paid, it is deducted from future payments.

6. Plans and fees

Founding agents join on a free Pilot. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any paid plan applies to you, and you can stay on the free Basic plan or leave at any time.

7. How you must behave

Be honest with customers. Don't spam, post fake reviews, pretend to be IQ Concierge or another agent, or use our name or logo except to promote your page. Treat customer information as confidential and use it only to help them travel, in line with UK GDPR.

8. Confidentiality and fair play

Our pricing rules, supplier terms and agent tools are confidential. While you're an agent and for 6 months after, you won't use them to build or join a copy of this service, or approach our other agents to leave.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by telling us. We can suspend or end your account if you break this agreement, with notice except in serious cases. Earnings owed on confirmed bookings are still paid under section 5.

10. Liability and law

Neither of us is liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: info@iqconcierge.co.uk.
