Who we are
IQ Concierge (“we”, “us”) operates iqconcierge.co.uk, a travel planning and booking service. For anything in this policy, contact us at iqconcierge@outlook.com.
What we collect
Your email address when you create an account. Passenger details (name, date of birth, contact details) when you book a flight — these are required by airlines to issue tickets. Trip preferences you share through the quiz or with Mira, our concierge assistant. Itineraries, saved flights and activity requests you create. We do not see or store full card numbers — payments are processed by our regulated payment partners.
How we use it
To operate your account, arrange the trips you ask us to arrange, send booking confirmations and sign-in links, and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to deliver your trip and run the site: Duffel (flight ticketing), Viator (activities), Supabase (secure database and login), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email) and Anthropic (powers Mira — chat messages are processed to generate replies, and we don't include your account details in them). Each processes data under their own safeguards and our instructions.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — email us and we'll action it within 30 days. We keep booking records only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
